Financial Reports

Drummond Company, Inc. is privately held and does not make its financial information available to the public. Drummond, however, has outstanding $400 million of senior notes due 2016 and $250 million of senior notes due 2014. Neither series of notes is subject to the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Drummond makes annual reports available to holders of the notes, prospective investors in the notes and certain securities analysts within 120 days after the end of our fiscal year, which ends on December 31. In addition, we make quarterly reports available within 60 business days after the end of each of the first three quarters of the fiscal year and current reports available within ten business days of such reportable event. The reports are be posted on our secure web site, which can be accessed only by holders of the notes, qualified prospective investors in the notes and certain securities analysts.  

Bond Investor Conference Calls

Drummond will host an investor teleconference call for note holders, prospective investors in the notes and certain securities analysts within five business days after the annual and quarterly reports are posted. Approximately three business days prior to the investor call, Drummond will issue a public press release announcing the date and time of the call. Details on how to access the call as well as the financial reports will be available on our secure web site.
