Garry N. Drummond – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Drummond Company, Inc.
Mr. Drummond began his career with the Company in 1961, after completing a degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Alabama.

Mr. Drummond is on the Board of Directors of the Economic Development Partnership for Alabama and the National Mining Association and serves as Director Emeritus of the Alabama Coal Association. Mr. Drummond was inducted into the Alabama Academy of Honor in 1989, the Alabama Engineering Hall of Fame in 1997 and the Alabama Business Hall of Fame in 2003.

Larry Drummond - Vice Chairman of Drummond Company, Inc.
Currently the Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Executive Management Committee, Mr. Drummond has also held the titles of President and Executive Vice President.  He joined the Company in 1970 after earning a B.S. in Business Administration, an M.A. in Accounting and a J.D. in law from the University of Alabama.

Mr. Drummond sits on the Board of Directors of First Commercial Bank and the Alabama Business Hall of Fame.  He is also a member of the President's Cabinet of the University of Alabama and a member of both the Alabama and American Bar Associations.

Ed Drummond – Vice President & Executive Assistant to the CEO of Drummond Company, Inc.
Mr. Drummond has responsibility for real estate and supply chain management. He joined Drummond Company in 2009 and was previously engaged successfully for twenty years as an entrepreneur in both residential and commercial real estate development in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina. Prior to that period, Ed was employed at Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a geochemist where he coordinated efforts in Basic Energy Sciences for the Laboratory, served as Geosciences Group Leader in the Chemistry Division, and was widely published in leading scientific journals.

Mr. Drummond holds a Bachelors of Science degree and a Masters of Science degree in Geology from the University of Alabama and a Doctorate in Geochemistry and Mineralogy from Pennsylvania State University.

George Wilbanks - President of Drummond Coal Sales, Inc. 
Mr. Wilbanks has day-to-day responsibilities for global coal sales and deliveries.  He joined Drummond in 1977 and has held a variety of positions within the Company.  He served as President of Export Sales prior to his current position.

Mr. Wilbanks earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alabama. He sits on the Board of Directors of Glenwood Inc., the International Advisory Board of the University of Alabama and the Birmingham Ballet.

Mike Tracy - President - Mining of Drummond Company, Inc.
Mr. Tracy has responsibility for all mining operations, engineering, mineral property development, oil and gas development and other administrative functions.  He has over 30 years of experience with Drummond Company, Inc. and has held various positions in the company during that time.

Mr. Tracy holds a Bachelors of Science in Mineral Engineering and an MBA from the University of Alabama.

Richard R. Owens - President of ABC Coke Division of Drummond Company , Inc.
Mr. Owens has responsibility for the ABC Coke Division of Drummond Company, Inc. He joined Drummond in 1982 and held various positions with Drummond Coal Sales from 1982 until November 2000. He held various positions within ABC Coke Sales from 2000 until being named President, ABC Coke in August 2011.

Mr. Owens earned a B.S. degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctor degree from the Birmingham School of Law. He serves as a member of the American Coke and Coal Chemicals Institute.

Augusto Jimenez - President of Drummond, Ltd. Colombia
Mr. Jimenez is responsible for the Colombian operations, a position he has held since 1991.  Prior to joining Drummond, he was a senior partner of Jimenez Neira Associates and represented both Colombian and multinational companies. 

Mr. Jimenez earned a Doctorate in Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia and a Masters Degree from Harvard Law School in 1976.

Bruce C. Webster – Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Drummond Company, Inc.
Mr. Webster began his career with the Company in 1989 after employment by a Big-Eight CPA firm. Mr. Webster earned a B.S.B.A. from Bowling Green State University and an M.A. in Accounting, Master of Tax Accounting and Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama where he was admitted to Beta Alpha Psi and Beta Gamma Sigma honoraries. He is also a member of the American and Alabama Bar Associations and American, Alabama and Ohio Society of CPA’s. He serves on the American Bar Association Tax Section where he chaired the Task Force on Use of S Corporations in International Transactions.
