Located in Vestavia Hills, Liberty Park is the community closest in proximity to Drummond's hometown of Birmingham, Alabama. At nearly 4,000 acres, it is also the largest planned community initiated by the Company thus far. It includes seven distinct residential neighborhoods, corporate offices, retail space, and the old Overton Golf and Country Club designed by Tom Fazio and Jerry Pate, which was hailed by Golf Digest as one of America's best new private courses.

The design strategy maximizes the views of the nearby mountain range and the Cahaba River. The development results are breathtaking, with individual neighborhoods flowing gracefully from one to the next, nestled within the privacy offered by natural surroundings.

Liberty Park is situated in one of the top two school districts in the state and one of the most acclaimed districts in the country. The community has an award-winning elementary school and a 70-acre municipal sports complex. Liberty Park is also home to a professional park that has regional headquarters of Fortune 500 companies and the Birmingham branch of the Federal Reserve.
