Oakbridge,
a 1,500-acre mixed-use development, was Drummond’s first venture into real estate
development. This planned community boasts its own country club and golf course
designed by Bob Cupp and Jerry Pate, as well as residential, retail, professional,
and commercial space.
Oakbridge is anchored by a 650,000 square foot Lifestyle Center featuring national
retailers such as Kohl's, Ann Taylor, Coldwater Creek, and Bed Bath and Beyond;
restaurants such as Chili's, Macaroni Grill, Abuelo's and Mimi's; hotels such as
Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott and Hampton Inn; and an 18-screen
Cobb Theater.
