Rancho La Quinta

Rancho La Quinta was acquired by an affiliate of Drummond in 1992. Located in the California desert near Palm Springs, Rancho La Quinta is a 725-acre golf oriented residential community boasting two eighteen-hole golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and Jerry Pate.

The architecture and amenities of Rancho La Quinta, like all of our other communities, reflect its natural surroundings. Built into a natural cove created by the Santa Rosa Mountains, Rancho La Quinta successfully recreates the character of early California. Reflecting its Spanish colonial traditions and roots, Rancho La Quinta is situated in a serene setting that provides all the modern amenities. 

This development is also the recipient of the Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition was honored by the local Chamber of Commerce and received a Certificate of Recognition from the California State Senate.
